In this unit, students will solve problems involving the area of rectangles, parallelograms, trapezoids, and triangles; as well as problems involving similar shape, scale drawing, circumference of circles, area of circles, and area of composite figures. Students will also apply their understanding of solving equations to geometry concepts.
