Instructions:

Open the Google Slides and follow along on your student handout. This lesson is all about writing equations to solve word problems.

In lesson 11 you learned how to write an equation and what information to pull out from the word problem in order to solve for the unknown (variable).

In this lesson you will continue to write an equation given a word problem and you will solve.

The Google Slides will walk you through the examples on the handout, showing you how to complete the problem. Once you have done this you will complete the extra practice.

You will only be turning in the Extra Practice for this lesson.
