Complete the warm-up.
Open the student handout and homework pages for this lesson. For this lesson you are going to work on solving one and two step equations. Remember, what every you do to one side, you MUST do to the other side. You want to keep the equation in balance. Use the information on the One and Two Step Equations file to help solve.

I have included a couple videos for you to watch about solving one and two step equations. The first video goes into a great explanation of what solving equations look like and why we take the steps we do to solve. If you are not familiar with equations, I encourage you to watch that first one.
The next couple videos walk you through examples of how to solve one and two step equations with addition/subtraction and multiplication/division. I broke the videos into smaller parts so you could watch what you needed.
